Delivery information

Your order will be shipped in neutral packaging, with online tracking service. The package will be delivered to your door or in your mailbox.

Order by 22:00 Monday – Friday and your order will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day.

Orders placed on a public holiday will be shipped the next working day.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will try again the next day. It is also possible that your package will be delivered to a pick-up location if you are not at home. In that case you can pick up the package at a store nearby, the location for pickup can be found on the online tracking page of the shipment.

After placing your order, you will receive an email on the day of shipment with online tracking information. This allows you to track the status of your package online. In most cases it will also give an indication of the expected delivery day and time. If you have not received this email, please contact us.

If the online tracking page is displayed in a different language, you can change the language in the top right corner.

Shipping costs depend on the destination, the price will be shown during checkout after selecting the correct country.
